Gurgit joined BBA Finance in 2020, bringing with him over 30 years of banking experience, 20 of those years, he were specialising in Real Estate Finance, excelling as both a new business originator and a relationship manager. Through this experience and deep understanding of the sector, Gurgit has insight into marketplace dynamics, competitive offerings, and lender guidelines and policies.

Gurgit’s expertise lies in his ability to navigate the complexities of property finance, ensuring that clients receive tailored solutions that meet their unique needs whilst being on hand to help clients through every step of the journey. His strategic insights and strong industry connections make him an invaluable asset to the team.

Outside of his professional life, Gurgit is a passionate football fan and a season ticket holder at his local club. He also enjoys playing golf and makes a conscious effort to stay fit, balancing his love for socialising with a healthy lifestyle.
